What is the price of a kiosk?

The kiosk is mainly a PC. Its price will depend on the access you want to let to this PC. If it is under supervision and you fully trust your members, you can leave the access to it with standard keyboard and mouse. But that means that anyone can use it for other purposes, such as Internet browsing.

What is the difference between a normal and an advanced booking?

The reservation (standard booking) is the action for the member to book the first available period on the given court. It can be done only for the current day.
Advanced booking is a reservation that can be done some hours or days in advance. The periods opened for advanced bookings are defined by Carol administrator.

Is it possible to modify or to cancel a reservation?

To cancel a reservation you select it and provide your identification. You can cancel your reservation until the beginning of its start time, unless set up with a specific cancellation period.
It's not possible to modify a reservation. If you want to do it you'll have to cancel it and to make a new one.

Can the reservation grid accept 2 or 4 players for the same period?

Of course: you just select the existing reservation (with one or more takers) and add your name to it (as for a new booking.) Your name will appear close to the others.
Carol administrator has the possibility to define different period durations depending on the number of takers (single / double).
For example the single duration (2 players) could be of 60 min and the double (4 players) could be of 90 min. In such a case the reseravtion period would increase from 60 to 90 min as soon as the 4th player joins the group.
Obviously that feature is only possible in standard booking mode (by opposition to advanced booking mode where the duration is pre-defined) and provided that there is no reservation that immediately follows.

How to prevent a member from booking?

To book the taker has to be allowed.
It's managed by a simple click on the corresponding check box. Carol administrator can suspend a given member at any time.
The import of the members data from CLASS does that job automatically for the members who could have forgotten to pay their annual fee.

How to change the language?

Simply click on a flag on the left bottom of the reservation grid.
